綜采面監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)建設(shè)完成,系統(tǒng)接入工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)[3](子系統(tǒng)具備工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)接口模塊直接接入環(huán)網(wǎng)如圖1所示;系統(tǒng)具備Modbus等485接口通過協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換器,轉(zhuǎn)換為以太網(wǎng)接口實現(xiàn)在線監(jiān)測工作面設(shè)備工況及故障并傳輸?shù)降孛嬲{(diào)度中心,監(jiān)測的內(nèi)容包括:

1C31194G02溫度模塊1)監(jiān)測采煤機的牽引速度、方向、位置。
2)監(jiān)測采煤機的電機電流、電機溫度、缺水信息。
3)測液壓支架的工作狀況。
4)監(jiān)測泵站、動力中心的工作狀態(tài)、參數(shù)、故障信息。
5)監(jiān)測刮板機、轉(zhuǎn)載機、破碎機運行狀態(tài)及相關(guān)參數(shù)。
6)監(jiān)測被控電機工作電壓,電流,溫度,啟動狀態(tài),故障狀態(tài)。
7)移動變電站信息、組合開關(guān)信息。
(2)現(xiàn)場條件具備時可實現(xiàn)對泵站、液壓支架移架的遠(yuǎn)程控制,可實現(xiàn)采煤機的遠(yuǎn)程啟動與停車。
(3)系統(tǒng)還可以與工作面支架壓力監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)通過數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換模塊通訊,實時顯示監(jiān)測的工作面礦壓情況,并將數(shù)據(jù)上傳。
(4)在地面操作員站顯示實時工況圖,在服務(wù)器存儲采集的信息,構(gòu)建歷史數(shù)據(jù)。
(5)在控制中心實現(xiàn)工作面的設(shè)備信息的WEB發(fā)布。
(6)數(shù)據(jù)以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式進入1000M環(huán)網(wǎng),減輕了服務(wù)器的軟件開銷,提高了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和速度。
系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的上位監(jiān)控如圖3所示。

沙章圖礦井井下主要運輸方式為膠帶機輸送。主煤流運輸集控系統(tǒng)的目的是對主煤流運輸系統(tǒng)的各條皮帶進行監(jiān)控,對各條皮帶的保護型號進行監(jiān)測和分析,并將監(jiān)測信息傳輸?shù)降孛嬲{(diào)度指揮中心,實現(xiàn)對主煤流運輸系統(tǒng)的集中調(diào)度與指揮。
