系統(tǒng)的組成可分為三部分。其一,是產(chǎn)生驅(qū)動(dòng)LCD樣品的不同頻率、不同幅度的對(duì)稱(chēng)方波電壓,主要由DAC1、DAC2和波形變換電路組成;其二,是選擇待測(cè)LCD樣品的不同背電極和段電極的開(kāi)關(guān)矩陣電路;其三,是測(cè)量選中的背電極和段電極之間的功耗電流電路,主要由LM411電流采樣電路、RMS/DC轉(zhuǎn)換電路和測(cè)量電路組成。所有這三部分皆是在主控CPU(8032)的控制下有序地工作。液晶測(cè)試儀原理方框圖如圖1所示。其中,LM411構(gòu)成典型的微分電路,AD574A構(gòu)成數(shù)據(jù)采集電路,大家很熟悉,這里不再討論。RMS/DC轉(zhuǎn)換電路AD536A則是本文討論的重點(diǎn)。

因?yàn)榇郎y(cè)的LCD樣品是容性負(fù)載,則由外接的精密測(cè)量電阻R、LCD樣品的等效電容C和LM411AH構(gòu)成的電流采樣電路是典型的微分電路,其輸出電壓Vout的典型波形見(jiàn)圖3。
由于電流采樣電路的輸出電壓是占空比很小的微分窄脈沖序列,所以電流測(cè)量就有兩種方案:一是測(cè)量其平均值MAD,這是美國(guó)R.P.G.Electronics公司3200型LCD測(cè)試儀采取的方案;二是測(cè)量其有效值RMS,這是本儀器采用的方案。兩者的測(cè)試結(jié)果是不同的,而且與電流采樣電壓脈沖的形狀和占空比關(guān)系極大。
本方案采用RMS/DC轉(zhuǎn)換集成電路
AD536A對(duì)復(fù)雜的電壓波形(交流成分加直流成分)的有效值進(jìn)行測(cè)量。而平均值MAD和有效值RMS之間的關(guān)系是隨波形的形狀不同而不同的,從表1幾個(gè)例子可以看出。
3 RMS/DC轉(zhuǎn)換芯片AD536A介紹
3.1 AD536A的工作原理
AD536A是將真有效值轉(zhuǎn)換成直流的單片集成電路,可以連續(xù)、實(shí)時(shí)地計(jì)算輸入信號(hào)的平方、平均值,且得到的直流電壓值正比于輸入信號(hào)的有效值RMS。
AD536A計(jì)算RMS時(shí),首先求得絕對(duì)值(整流電路);第二步進(jìn)行平方計(jì)算;第三步是平均計(jì)算,即除以反饋回來(lái)的輸出電壓;最后再經(jīng)濾波得出結(jié)果。這里很重要的一條是要求平均的時(shí)間常數(shù)要遠(yuǎn)大于待測(cè)信號(hào)的周期,這樣才能保證測(cè)試的精度。Most programming software does not provide sequence diagram function.
