接觸器相關(guān)的能效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB21518-2008《交流接觸器能效限定值與能效等級(jí)》)對(duì)于一級(jí)能效的要求非常高,除了永磁式接觸器,其他傳統(tǒng)交流接觸器無法達(dá)到此標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)傳統(tǒng)交流接觸器的引導(dǎo)作用有限。與2008版的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相比,如今正在擬制的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)交流接觸器的能效提高更有引導(dǎo)作用,把一級(jí)能效的要求放寬,對(duì)二級(jí)能效、三級(jí)能效的要求變嚴(yán)。

The coal blending room is composed of 14 f10m hyperbolic nozzle coal blending tanks, which are arranged in double rows. Each single kind of coal is divided into two groups for storage according to coal quality. Reversible bin distribution belt conveyor is used for distribution at the top of the trough. The storage capacity of each coal blending tank is about 800t, and the total storage capacity is 11200t, which can provide about 26.6 hours of coal consumption for four coke ovens.
The coal blending tank adopts the hyperbolic nozzle with equal section shrinkage, which has good adaptability to the water content in the coal, can prevent the coal from being shed in the coal blending tank, and improve the accuracy of coal blending.
