降壓電路經(jīng)LED接入零線和火線,由于LED內(nèi)部等效一個(gè)電容并聯(lián)一個(gè)電阻負(fù)載,相當(dāng)于一個(gè)電阻串聯(lián)在母線上,降壓電路正常工作給后端控制系統(tǒng)供電。在關(guān)態(tài)時(shí),需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注LED是否存在“鬼火”現(xiàn)象(LED微亮)。
“鬼火”現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)的原因?yàn)椋河捎贚ED與降壓電路串聯(lián)在零火線之間,當(dāng)降壓電路需要的輸入電流過(guò)大,則流進(jìn)LED的電流同樣增大,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致LED短暫工作,出現(xiàn)微亮現(xiàn)象。

如何平衡取電能力和不能頻閃,常見(jiàn)的解決方式為有可控硅和繼電器兩種方案。由于可控硅發(fā)熱問(wèn)題,繼電器方案目前在市面上較為主流,以下主要講解繼電器方案的工作原理。其開(kāi)態(tài)的具體工作原理如圖8所示。
1、零火線兩端電壓為正弦波,當(dāng)交流電在正半波時(shí),由于二極管D2的單向?qū)щ娦院蚆OS管Q1斷開(kāi),此時(shí)的電流流經(jīng)二極管D1、儲(chǔ)能和控制電路,使儲(chǔ)能和控制電路工作,提供穩(wěn)定輸出電壓給后端控制系統(tǒng)工作,同時(shí)在某個(gè)設(shè)定電壓時(shí)控制MOS管Q1導(dǎo)通。故交流電在正半波時(shí),只有一小部分能量?jī)?chǔ)存下來(lái)給后端控制系統(tǒng)供電,剩余能量通過(guò)MOS管Q1給LED供電。
2、當(dāng)交流電在負(fù)半波時(shí),此時(shí)電流通過(guò)LED和二極管D2形成回路,給LED供電。單火線電源應(yīng)用時(shí)應(yīng)注意兩點(diǎn):
1、LED燈功率不宜過(guò)小,若LED燈功率過(guò)小,會(huì)導(dǎo)致開(kāi)態(tài)取電電路無(wú)法儲(chǔ)存能量給后級(jí)電路供電,能使用的最小LED燈功率需要結(jié)合不同的電路和器件參數(shù)決定;
2、控制電路工作功耗不宜過(guò)大,若控制電路工作功耗過(guò)大,則會(huì)導(dǎo)致關(guān)態(tài)出現(xiàn)“鬼火”現(xiàn)象和開(kāi)態(tài)取電電路異常,由于開(kāi)態(tài)取電電路在參數(shù)確定的情況下,單個(gè)周期儲(chǔ)存的能量有限,無(wú)法提供充足的能量給工作功耗過(guò)大的控制電路;若實(shí)際應(yīng)用需要工作功耗大的控制電路,則需要另外搭建電路解決該問(wèn)題。
單火線的可靠性、體積、應(yīng)用電路成為重點(diǎn)關(guān)注要素
