IO-Link作為一種可實現(xiàn)從控制器到自動化最底層級之間的IO通信技術,通過IO-Link主站將傳感器及驅動器等信息經由現(xiàn)場總線網絡傳送到控制器,實現(xiàn)裝置的信息化,通過IO-Link集線器的擴展能力,可以提升信號連接的數量并降低生產成本。推出的支持IO-Link通信的Compact67產品,作為IO-Link主站無需專用通訊電纜,使用傳統(tǒng)非屏蔽工業(yè)電纜即可實現(xiàn)與IO-Link設備的高效通信。

BENTLY 132417-01通道隔離監(jiān)測器每個IO-Link主站最多可以支持8個IO-Link接口,可根據需要選擇Class-A或Class-B規(guī)范的接口形式,符合IO-Link v1.1版本的要求,支持COM1(4.8kbps)、COM2(38.4kbps)、COM3(230.4kbps)共計三種通訊速率的傳輸速度??梢暂p松連接生產線中各品牌、各類型的IO-Link傳感器,同樣也可連接普通開關量信號的傳感器和執(zhí)行器等。
IO-Link集線器針對生產線中普通的開關量傳感器,為了節(jié)省成本、方便布線,可采用宜科的IO-Link信號集線器。此系列作為IO-Link子站設備符合IO-Link v1.1版本要求,支持COM2(38.4kbps)通訊速率??梢耘c宜科或其它品牌的IO-Link主站相連接,用于采集現(xiàn)場開關量輸入信號和控制開關量輸出信號。每個集線器最多可連接16路開關量信號,配合宜科的8端口IO-Link主站模塊,可以傳送多達128個開關量信號。
