Inventory, Delivery and Life Cycle Information: Cree, 1 publication 2100-PA001B-EN-P-2001 October Update Parts Information Control Circuit Transformers and Fused Control Circuit Transformers (CCTs) are used to provide reduced voltage to control circuits in Motor Control Center (MCC) units. According to the National Electrical Code (Article 430-72 [c]) and UL Safety Standard 845, CCT requires primary protection. This is achieved by using two (2) class CC time delay fuses with appropriate voltage and current ratings. The dual element time delay fuse is used to protect the secondary side of the control circuit transformer.
