The PM864 processor unit, in single configuration, has performance data which theoretically peaks at twice the performance compared to the PM860. The useful sustained performance improvement is, however, a bit lower and somewhat dependent on the actual application program but can be expected to be 10 to 50% compared to PM860. In redundant configuration the execution performance is somewhat lower than in single configuration. Switch over time from Primary CPU to Backup CPU, in redundant configuration, is less than 10 ms.Key Features ?
